Description
Successful candidates must have a wide range of experience in maintenance functions and duties. This position requires a highly organized;
very hands-on person who leads by example and has a minimum of three years of experience. The successful candidate must ensure that all maintenance functions and duties are met or exceeded.
The candidate must be a team player, have initiative, and require very little supervision.
- Must know how to and be capable of safely operating all plant repair tools.
- Must be able to communicate process variables to shift supervisors and maintenance team members.
- Must be team-oriented and able to interact with all levels of plant employees.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends when necessary.
- Must be able to follow a preventative maintenance program throughout the plant.
- Must have skills to troubleshoot electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical problems at the plant in a highly effective and timely manner.
Requirements :
- Experience with Allen Bradley process controls / logic
- Knowledge of Hydraulic control systems
- Basic and advanced electrical, and electronic troubleshooting
- Basic welding / cutting operations.
- Basic technical drawing and the ability to read prints.
Preferred Skills :
- 2-4 years electro-mechanical experience
- Experience with manufacturing equipment or working in a manufacturing plant preferred.
